The printer looks brand new and operates accordingly. The nicest feature about this printer is that the only cable needed for it is the power cable. Everything else can be handled over your at-home network or even over the Internet The cartridges included are used. I use this printer so that we can have one on the lower floor to use. Compatibility with cellular telephone, tablet, and desktop are handled seamlessly. Printing speed is acceptable.
