The device along with the accessories in the box returned in the original packaging within 30 days of purchase.
The item must be returned through a track-able service. The cost of the return delivery to be paid by the customer. Refund to be paid through the original payment method.
Any fault with the item must be reported immediately. Before placing for a Return or Claim please ensure that the phone is in its original wear and there are no signs of physical and water damage.
Any attempts made to open the phone due to it not being able to function will end the duration of the return policy.
