New Old Stock never had Bearings in them Pure Energy High Roller Skateboard Wheels

1 of the backs has a rough spot on the lip. and 2 of the wheels are slightly narrower, not same width than the other 2 (see pics) 

All 4 of them are the same 80mm size Giant very rare wheels, we have never seen these before and wonder how few were made
