How to set up this dog bed?

Set up is easy. The bed arrives in a compressed air bag and please carefully cut the bag and release the bed. Unzip the cover at the bottom and slip inside the base; then unzip the side to assemble the bolster. Finished!

Is this bed hard or soft?

It is in between. Your pet won't feel hard or soft thanks to orthopedic egg crate memory foam.

Will this fit on and stay on a couch, car, crate?

It would depend on the size you get and the size of the place where you need to put it on. Of course, the smaller size would definitely fit better.

What if my dog doesn't like the egg crate design?

Usually, the egg crate foam spiky side of the cushion is supposed to be side up to provide better orthopedic support, but you can also put it side down if your pets do not like it.

How to wash this dog bed?

Please remove the side and bottom foam first. DO NOT MACHINE WASH OR DRY THE FOAM. Machine wash the cover with pet-safe detergent. Get as much pet hair off the bed before washing. Spray a stain remover if there are urine or poop stains.
