This is a tough knife. It's a CRKT M 16-01S Carson Design knife with the Liner lock. This knife is about 7" long when opened. It has the plain edged spearpoint AUS-8 Stainless blade that has the extended tang so that with an easy flip, it's open and ready to work. 
It has the ambidextrous thumb studs and the removable and repositionable black stainless pocket clip. It has the black stainless steel handles with the underside indent to improve grip. What a nice knife! 

This one is in excellent condition and appears to have been carried or used very little.
