Exceptional tureen painted in Chinoiserie style in the Yellow Dynasty/Siang June pattern by Herend with bird finial.

Tureen base (without lid): 5" high; 13 1/2" long handle to handle; 7 1/2" wide
Undertray: 13 1/2" long; 9 3/8" wide
Marked Handpainted Herend Hungary and 2007/57 96 or 2103/57 53 for the tureen and undertray, respectively. c1926-1948
Very good preowned condition with the exception of a large chip to the rim of the tureen. Light patina on the gilt consistent with age, most noticeable on the undertray.
