• What is the difference between customised and refurbished?

Most customised phones are made to order only. Sometimes it happens that a customer is unable to pick up or pay for the ordered phone. Sometimes a customer decides on a different color or model. The reasons are endless but when this happens the phone is listed on eBay.

• Have all the phones we sell been opened?

First, you need to understand what "refurbished" means. In 90% of cases or more, the refurbished phone has been opened. Refurbished phone is nothing more than previously damaged and repaired phone. If you found a refurbished phone in average condition with scratches on the screen and back, it's more likely a used phone but cleaned, tested and resold for a much higher price.

• Is it still waterproof once opened?

Unfortunately, it cannot be described as waterproof like all smartphones after the warranty, regardless of whether it is opened or not. Our phones are exposed to extreme conditions: moisture, grease, food, dust, cold, heat, bending, twisting, dropping... every day. After 2 or 3 years any waterproof seal will fail and keep in mind that it is designed to break after 3 days from the warranty expiration date.

Returns:

• We are more than happy to accept return free of charge if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase within 30 days.

• If you find your phone faulty or damaged please be sure it has been tested several times before posting. It doesn't happen often but please understand we do proper refurbishment and some issues may accure several days after repair.
• If this happen to you please message us first, don't open return request as we will offer something to compensate it.

• Accessories included must be returned with the phone.
