I can not find this photo on any image searches and believe it is an original taken by someone most likely around Binghamton New York in the 70s or early 80s. The photo looks like it has a signature and date possibly 81 on back. There were other photos and negatives at the estate so it seemed like they were an amateur or semi-pro photographer. 

The photo depicts some kids and adults ithe n background in the process of burning some rock records presumably due to the "Satanic Panic" of the 70s and 80s. You can see the Eagles Hotel California both on the ground and in the trash can. This record famously features Anton LaVey hidden in the jacket photography. 

It has some waves along the bottom which can be seen easily from the back, less easily from the front.
