Orders under $10.00 can be shipped without regular airmail without insurance or Registration,

Orders above $10 require Registration insured shipping.    Buyers can always waive this fee and have order shipped by Regular mail but buyer will need to provide a written statement assuming responsibility in case of loss or theft in the mail, by choosing stamps shipped this way.

There is no Registration service to USA but rather Insured Tracking mail service called XpressPost with a cost of $15.95.
