This a 1999 P Jefferson Nickel that is circulated and ungraded. The coin is silver in color and was struck as a business strike at the Philadelphia Mint. It features an error caused by heavy grease on both sides, resulting in a strike-through variety.

It almost appears blank except for the profile on obverse and Monticello on reverse. (See pics)
