Sleeveless top section with stretchy shirred elastic on the sides (this has lost its stretch a bit) and button fastenings on the back (the fabric covering on the top two has worn off). 

Comfy pull-on design with stretchy elastic waist and gently flared skirt section.

It is quite worn - as previously mentioned the shirred elastic on the sides has lost its stretch a bit and the fabric on the top two buttons has worn, but there are also some bobbling and small worn holes around the edge of the neckline and armholes. These aren't super noticeable as the top section is lined in matching fabric but I've included photos showing these things as clearly as I can.
