You will be buying a Vintage (c1954) Parker Duofold Jotter MKI Dark Green Ballpoint Pen with Rolled Gold Trim

English Made, Rolled gold trim, MKI connector, Working with new black refill present, The mechanism is awkward and stiff when dispensing the refill you need to press the cap down as you would normally but then pull the cap back to properly engage the refill, To retract the refill you depress the cap as you would but this gets stuck so you need to pull the cap back on itself to fully retract the refill. 

There is NO case with this pen.
