About the item:  
This blank sketch cover is in near mint condition and, while I can't guarantee it, in my experience this copy should come back a 9.6 (maybe a 9.8 if pressed) if graded by CGC.  A crisp and clean copy.  Again, that cannot be guaranteed but in my experience it should.
