this was a customer return. I have heard you could send it into scroll labs and they will go though it and repair any issue it could cost anywhere from 250 to 650 Depending on what is needs. but then you get a refurbished machine that is worth 1,800 new.

The oil free vacuum pump can be used with any size freeze dryer. They are small, light, powerful, and easy to use. The Harvest Right oil free vacuum pumps do not require oil changes and do not require regular user maintenance. Current customers with an older model freeze dryer may need an adapter for the oil free vacuum pump
