Vintage Silver Plated Candelabra

Brilliant, 11 inch tall silver plated 5-arm candle stick holder.
The candelabra is approximately 11 inches tall (measured on center piece).
It is marked with "EP ZINC HBC, SILVER PLATED, MADE IN ENGLAND".
The candle stick holder is used and there is some wear present.
The arms have some fragments of candle wax in/on them.
The foot has some tarnish spots on one side (see pictures).
Polishing and cleaning is recommended.
