purchased this from an Artisan Craftsman Show in the 1980’s. I wore it one time and decided that although
it is beautiful, it wasn’t “me”. But I
held on to it thinking than one of my future grandchildren might like it. I ended up with all boys, and although they
all like it, none of them want to wear it! Go figure!
The
stone is 1 ½” long X 1” wide at the bottom. Including the bale it hangs down 2 ½”
from the chain. The chain is approximately
23” long, has a lobster claw closure and is marked 925 Italy.
This item is definitely in gift giving condition.
