This stunning full-length gown and robe set is by world-famous lingerie house Victoria's Secret, on the old 'gold crown' label.
In a fabulous peacock blue shade, it is made from clipped chiffon - a lovely fabric where the top satiny layer is etched away to leave areas of sheer chiffon beneath. (No wonder it's known as 'peekaboo chiffon'!) The satin layer has been etched in an abstract floral pattern that catches the light as you move - see photos. Also, the fabric is bias-cut for a superb fit and very free-flowing, rippling sensuously as you move...
The gown is classically styled and skims your curves. The back is cut low in a deep 'V' and the skirt has extra side panels to increase the fullness - it has a hemline sweep of 90".
The robe matches perfectly! It's a wrapover style with long sleeves, concealed pockets in the side seams, a little inner tie so it hangs nicely and a matching sash belt.
Size notes: the set is labelled XS but it's not that small! The gown fits 32-34"-ish bust or a smaller 36. The robe fits a similar size range and can of course be worn open. The length is 54".
The set is in excellent condition overall, with crisp, original inner labels and has been freshly laundered. There's a small seam separation on the arm hole of the gown - see photo.
An elegant and stylish peignoir set that's a dream to wear - flattering, glamourous and extremely desirable! Recommended.
