This headset was purchased on December 9, 2023 and has only been used for about 1 month because it hurt my ears too much to wear it during use and it didn't get much use, so there are no functionality issues because it hasn't been used too often, it's fully functional, there are no issues except for two scratches on the surface of the headset case, and it comes with all the accessories.
