This is a MATCHING PAIR of COBALT BLUE ROYAL VIENNA PORTRAIT VASES

A stunning and finely executed pair of antique Royal Vienna style vases that feature portraits and lavish hand painted gold decoration and are strikingly beautiful pieces of porcelain.  

The base color of both vases is the very desirable cobalt blue color and both have a shiny finish to the glaze.  Both

The portraits are then surrounded by lavish hand-painted gold decoration, which is carried over to the foot, the top rim.  The back sides of both vases are also with gold decoration.  

I find no evidence of an artist signature on either vase.  On the underside of the vases there are blue overglaze “beehive” marks on both.
