This sterling knife is marked: "sterling & 8" on the blade. The ornate relief is on both sides. Both hinges let the blades come out smoothly. The blade measures 2" long. The knife with the blade extended measures 5.0" overall length. The blade has good spring action.. A lovely piece from the late 1800's. Item sold as found.
