This Edwardian era white cotton batiste embroidered lace lingerie step-in chemise teddy dates from 1910. It is made of a sheer white cotton batiste fabric with tiny pintuck pleating, raised padded satin stitch hand embroidery work and Valenciennes bobbin lace trim. This lovely lingerie one piece romper, camiknicker teddy step-in chemise is loose fitting, with tiny mother of pearl buttons closure crotch panty panel underneath, a floral embroidered lace trimmed front top with peek-a-boo key hole opening, lace shoulder straps and is sheer, unlined. The teddy measures 34 inches long, with a 36 inch chest, 36 inch waist and 46 inch hips. It is in good condition, with only a tiny pin hole on the back. This is truly a wonderful piece of underpinnings lingerie wearable art!
