Extremely good condition .Stored in the dry and away from sunlight .That’s why photos are not faded . As far as I can remember , they all came together in the same envelope . The signatures on the Christmas card are printed signatures and are not individually signed . Envelope and booklet size approximately 22.5 x 15 cm . Letter is twice that size .PLEASE SEE PHOTOS .
