Overall VG condition.  The top 1 inch of the spine is chipped.  The rest of the spine is fine.  There is a small dirt mark upper left.  The cover is tight, no rust on the staples.  All pages are clean and intact.  The back lower left corner has a very small corner crease that affects a few back pages.  See the pictures and ask me about any concerns you may have.

Sent to you carefully packed in a large glassine sleeve with heavy cardboard, packed in a priority mailing envelope.  

I don't usually sell comics.  Usually stamps, old postcards, other paper items, so I am familiar with paper condition.  I have seen on Ebay a number of these comics sell for $300-$400 in MUCH WORSE condition.  Do not hesitate to ask if you have any questions.
