Vtg 1930's Still Life Water Color Painting Of A Children's Doll New Out Of A Gift Box With A Bottle Of Perfume Babar The Elephant

This adorable painting belonged to my mother has a child. One of a kind water color.

I have tried at length to identify the artist to no avail.

The perfume bottle is decorated with Babar the Elephant:
Babar the Elephant (UK: /ˈbæbɑːr/, US: /bəˈbɑːr/; French pronunciation: [babaʁ]) is an elephant character who first appeared in 1931 in the French children's book Histoire de Babar by Jean de Brunhoff.

The doll is beautiful in her ruffles straight out of the gift box.

Her red purse and the red accents on her hat just make this water color pop.

This piece has been loved and cherished for years and years.

It would be stunning in a lovely frame for the little girl in your life.
