Acer ED320QR Monitor Stand is in good condition, but does have finish imperfections on the base portion. Its arm is in great shape however, and it does include the set screw for the arm, screws for the attaching it to the back of the monitor, and the plastic cover that snaps on the monitor to hide the screws. It's a good functional stand, with minor imperfections.
