Some surface scratches on the back and sides but fully functional and perfect if using with a case. My kids used this as a starter phone and it worked well for texting but sometimes had audio issues. Has had battery replaced once already but could probably use a new one again. Please confirm with your carrier if this will work before purchasing using the provided IMEI number. We used H20 wireless and it was fine.
