Published by Dell/Gold Key/Whitman Comics from 1952-1984, this series ran for 209 issues, then became Walt Disney's Uncle Scrooge from #210 to the present. This issue contains an original Carl Barks Scrooge story "The Second Richest Duck" and is the first appearance of Flintheart Glomgold. It has the normal cover, corner and edge wear for a comic this age and grade other than as noted or seen in the photo, which is of the actual copy that you will be sent. A very solid copy with only the chips on the front cover, along with cover wear, as a defect. The insides are in excellent condition making this a n ideal reading copy. This copy has been stored in a cool, dry, smoke and pet free environment since we purchased it and has been in our possession for over 30 years. It is bagged and boarded for its protection.
