~Domestic Shipping ~

All of our items are shipped through the United States Postal Service as soon as payment is received. Shipping charges vary based on the item's size and weight. Please review each individual listing for specific shipping details before bidding/buying. We also offer Express Shipping, please contact us for rates and estimated delivery time.  

Tracking Information is included on all Domestic Shipments.

~International Shipping~

We ship to the following locations: Canada, Australia, Japan and Europe. For all other international locations please contact us for shipping charges prior to bidding/buying.

Tracking information and insurance is included on all International Priority and Express Shipments. However, these services are not available for International First Class Shipments.

International Buyers – Please Note:

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

~Combined Shipping~

We offer combined shipping discounts.  If you are planning on purchasing multiple items within a 7 day period please let us know so we may send you the adjusted invoice. Please note that we will ship your items as soon as payment has been made.

~Costume Return Policy~

Costumes may be returned or exchanged under the following conditions:

You must contact us within 3 days after receiving your item if you would like to qualify for an exchange or return. Please do not ship your items back without receiving prior approval from us. Any items sent back to us without our approval may not qualify for a return or exchange.

If a refund is desired, prior to us crediting your account the following conditions apply: We must have received the original item; All shipping and handling costs are non-refundable; Please be advised that returned items with free shipping are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

If an exchange is desired, prior to us shipping your new item the following conditions apply: We must have received the original item; Any additional payments associated with the exchange must be settled; In an event a direct exchange is not possible, you may request a refund as per above guidelines or request a store credit; Store credit must be used within a one year period; All shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

All returned or exchanged items must be unworn and be in original packaging, with tags attached.

All costumes purchased between October 15th and November 4th may not be returned regardless of the circumstance. With this in mind we encourage you to make your purchases early.

~Your Privacy~

All our shipping is done discretely. The envelope or package your receive will not have our company name or logo anywhere on the outside of the package. We will also never give out your e-mail or address information to any outside entities.
