If you spell the name all in capital letters, that is how the name will be embroidered. If personalizing with a monogram, please enter the initials in the following order: First initial, Last initial (larger initial in the center), Middle initial and indicate you want the Mongram style. If personalizing with initial, please enter the initials n the following order First, Middle, Last (all letters same size) and indicate Initial style.

Payment: Payment is to be made within 3 days of auction end. Paypal is the only accepted method of payment.
Shipping: Shipping is via the US Postal Service Mail or UPS. Packages will be shipped within 5-7 business days of receiving payment. We only ship within the United States and Canada. For any CANADA purchases, a phone number MUST be provided and a physical address (NO PO BOXES as the shipping to Canada is ONLY via UPS and they will NOT deliver to a PO Box).
CANADA – Duties, Taxes & Brokerage Fees: Buyer is responsible for payment of any applicable brokerage fees, duties and taxes from the Canadian gov’t. Please INCLUDE YOUR PHONE NUMBER for Canadian orders so that you can be notified from UPS of any brokerage, duties and fees that need to be collected from Customs. Our shipping fee is only the postage to mail the package to you.
