GARDENS OF FINZI-CONTINIS photo 1971 Vittorio de Sica

This is a movie-still / photo clipped from either a magazine or book (with printing on the back side). It is not an actual glossy photo or studio-issued snapshot, and I have no idea of its origin. It came in an estate lot I purchased from the son of an extraordinary older gentleman who collected Hollywood memorabilia. I am only making it available to other fans who may find it of interest, want to frame it, stick it in their locker, use it in a collage, etc... The picture shown is the actual picture, though a company logo has been water-marked on it to prevent image theft (it doesn’t come like that, of course). The approximate measurement represents the actual dimension of the exposed image, though there may be a caption or short border surrounding it in some cases.

“The Garden of the Finzi-Continis” (aka “Il giardino dei Finzi-Contini”) is a Holocaust film adaptation of Giorgio Bassani's novel of the same name. It was directed by Vittorio de Sica in 1971 and stars Lino Capolicchio (as Giorgio the narrator), Dominique Sanda, and Helmut Berger. The film won the Academy Award for “Best Foreign Language Film.”

The picture measures approximately 6 x 4¼ inches…

We realize that postage prices have gone up substantially, as have the price of high-quality mailing envelopes and packaging materials; our shipping prices reasonably reflect that inflation. Please do not criticize and/or give us low marks for our “shipping and handling charges” after buying. If you do not agree with the shipping charge, simply do not buy. It’ll make it much easier for both of us...
