This is a new elegant long evening dress by Blue Banana.

Made from a slinky stretchy fabric in a halter style which ties to the back of the neck. The bust section is ruched and gathered to the center.  A line from beneath the bust with a fabulous draping effect to the front. 

The length of the dress from under the arm is 52”.
