Well, if you want to keep your AM/FM Radio working, this part is very important; and required.
(Not all vehicles require an Antenna Adapter) - however, type in your Make Model Year of vehicle.

How do you install this?
1) Connect one end into your (Factory antenna plug that came out of your stock Radio)
2) Then connect the other end into the aftermarket radio.
(As long as your antenna is still factory) this is all that is needed.
(If interested in adding aux-inputs) then you would need to get an FM Modulation Box)
