This autographed 8.5 by 11 picture is a reprint but not the autograph since it was signed right in front of me.
The signature is not a copy, a pre-print or reprint.
It is “clean” with no smudges or smearing at all.
The informative COA (certificate of authenticity) gives many details.
This was signed in February of 2011 in Webster, NY at CollectorFest Monthly.
Mr. Williams played college ball at Louisiana State and was a 2nd round draft pick by the Bills.
He played three seasons (1981-83) in the safety position.
He had three interceptions in 21 games.
Portions of this sale will be donated to the Buffalo Bills Alumni.They do a lot for the Buffalo community.
