This is a Vintage c1900 Rare Monarch Shipping Company Line Crested Napkin Ring.
It measures 1.75" in Diameter and nearly 1" in width.
It bears the name/ crest of the Monarch Line
It is made of silver plated metal. Wear commensurate with its age as seen. Would benefit from a Polish.
