Used Promaster Spectrum 7 62mm F- DL filter Filter is used, but it is in very good condition. It is clean and I don't see any scratches. Genuine Promaster Spectrum accessory, made in Japan. Filters protects lens from dust and scratches, it also absorbs ultra violet and blue rays without affecting exposure or color. I would rate filter at 9 for cosmetic and 10 for performance. Filter is near mint condition. Glass is very clean. Scratch and fungus free. Filter threads are not damaged. It comes with a plastic case and user manual as pictured.
