If you can see it on your bike it is True to the Original, hidden items (not Seen) may differ in make, type, and style "Like Lock nuts under the fender differ, but are improvements in performance and convenience, you will be the only to know" This Stainless Hardware is higher Quality that Original Schwinn Cad Hardware, So Why not Cad then? Simply this is Better hardware and it has a subdued finish that blends with the look of an Antique bike better than New Cad or Zinc hardware. We use Stainless on all our Lux Low Bicycles. This Kiss My Vintage Schwinn Hardware Pack comes as shown and Includes : 2 x 1/4" Slotted Pan head fender brace mount screws with lock washers and nuts - 1 x #10 Slotted Pan head top fender mount screw with washer and locknut ( not used if you have a hand brake ) - 1 x #10 Slotted Hex bottom fender mount screw with washer and locknut ( this was also found as regular pan, we prefer the hex slot for superior convenience and performance) - 1 x 1/4" Slotted Pan head front fender to fork mount screw with lock washer and washer ( the original bolt commonly provides a challenge to remove. It is strongly suggested you should re tap the fork hole 1/4 20 for best performance. not used if you have a hand brake) - 1 x 1/4" Slotted Pan head chainguard mount screws with lock washer and nut - 1 #10 Slotted Pan Thread Cutter rear chain guard mount Screw - #10 Slotted Fillister New Departure Coaster Brake Strap Screw with Lock Nut - 10 x #10 Zinc Head Fender Rivets with Stainless Keep Nuts ( We could only find these in a Zinc that met our head shape standards, I have included 10 and you usually only need 8, I tend to break one in obsessive over tightening, once the wheels on you will not be able to get to the nut, so a perfectly tightened nut is strongly suggested. I would clear fender brace holes with a 3/16" drill bit to ease installation).
