This one is in NEAR MINT Condition.   My Great Aunt was a Home Economics Teacher in the 1930's through 1970's and she purchased or received all the recipes and home economics material that she could get, to use in her classrooms.  These were all hers and have been stored in a dark and clean storage all these years.   I WILL BE HAPPY TO COMBINE SHIPPING ON MULTIPLE ITEMS.   This will be packed with care and shipped as soon as payment arrives.
