Payment

We accept payment by all major Credit or Debit Cards via Paypal, one of the most secure methods of online payment. We do not store credit card details or share customer details with any 3rd parties.

Shipping

Your item will be professionally and carefully packed by our skilled team at MD Autospares and will be dispatched within 3 days of payment (excluding weekends & public holidays).

For some products (ClimAir wind deflectors) please allow up to 14 days for dispatch and delivery. We will contact you if there is a delay with your delivery.

Postal Restrictions and charges
Smaller items are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class.
Restrictions and surcharges will apply to items sent by Royal Mail to the following locations:
- Republic of Ireland

All other larger items are sent by Courier.
Restrictions and surcharges will apply to items sent by Courier to the following locations:
- Scottish Islands
- Isle of Man
- Isle of Wight
- Scilly Isles
- Channel Islands
- Republic of Ireland

Courier deliveries to all of these locations will have a up to £6.99 surcharge added to the price.
Please Note: The delivery surcharges are in addition to the postage and packaging price stated above.

Warranty & Returns

If you do not receive your item or you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us via email within 14 days, and we will do all we can to replace or refund the item. Faulty goods will be replaced or we will refund you. Any faults must be reported immediately upon receipt of the item. We warranty that the goods are as described in the listing above. Customers should satisfy themselves that any purchase is suitable for the intended purpose or use. In the unlikely event that you have a problem with your item please contact us and we will be happy to help.
