Tips For Using Wax Tarts/Melts:

Place a Wax Tart/Melt in the pot pourri burner, light an unscented tea light candle beneath and within 5 - 10 minutes the wax tart/melt will begin to melt, giving off an amazing scent.
Wax tarts & melts will provide fragrance for 8 hours of burning, after which a pool of wax will remain in your burner but will no longer carry a scent. When this happens, simply allow the wax to cool fully, and pop it out of your burner using the palm of your hand (never use a knife as you may shatter your burner.) you may also harden the wax in a freezer to allow it to go vrey cold after which the wax should simply pop out of your burner into the palm of your hand.

Returns

Faulty Goods All goods are new unless otherwise stated. Any item found to be damaged or faulty when received must be returned to us WITHIN 14 DAYS of receipt, please contact us through eBay communications and we will arrange a collection and replacement. Non-Faulty Goods We accept the return of goods that were wrongly ordered or ordered in error for exchange. These items must be returned to us carriage paid in the original packing and in a saleable condition WITHIN 14 DAYS of receipt. P & P or carriage on exchange/replacement item is chargeable. Returns for Refund These items must be returned to us unused with original packaging intact and in a saleable condition within 14 days of receipt. Goods must be returned carriage paid. Refund of purchase price less carriage will be refunded by the same method as the payment was made. Postage and Packing will not be refunded.
