Payment

We prefer payment by PayPal; we also accept credit and debit cards. Pease make payment for your purchases within 5 days of confirming your order. All orders, payments and despatches are confirmed by email to your registered eBay email address.

Our office hours are 9.30am to 12.30pm and 6pm to 10pm. Should you have any questions or queries, please feel free to contact us. Your custom is important to us, without customers there are no paydays!

Postage / Shipping and Delivery.

We combine multiple items, ordered and paid for at the same time so please do not complete checkout until you have made all your purchases. All items purchased and paid for before 4pm weekdays are shipped same day by first class post. Items ordered after 4pm Friday are shipped the next working day. We hold proof of posting for all postings.

We operate a 'No Quibble Returns Policy' If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase; return the item, post paid, within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price excluding postage. For hygiene reasons earrings for pierced ears may not be returned. Items for refund must be returned in their original presentation box or pouch and are in perfect condition. Always obtain a proof of posting from your local post office when returning items. On safe receipt of your item in perfect condition, we will refund the full purchase price excluding postage to your credit/debit card or PayPal account within 24 hours. Confirmation will be sent by email.

All clocks are supplied with a new battery; however some batteries can fail after a short time from purchase. Although we do not guarantee batteries, should one fail within 1 year of purchasing your clock, please contact us and we will send you a replacement battery. Batteries are easy to fit and we can talk you through the process
