This is a BRAND NEW SIZE 24W BISOU BISOU DRESS with LACE BACK on the top of the back  - TAGS STILL ON IT.   This is a BLACK WITH OFF WHITE OR CREAM DESIGN DRESS and is 95% polyester and 5% spandex.  Very nice dress.   It is beautiful and great for any occassion.
