This is a new blue tie dye off the shoulder bell sleeve top by Blue Banana.

A gypsy style top made from tie dye patterned stretch fabric. Long bell shaped sleeves. Elasticated neckline with leather effect tie to the front. Can be worn on or off the shoulder.

The length from the top of the shoulder measures 27” and the sleeve length measures 23”.
