I accept only Paypal as payment. Paypal users must be verified and confirmed. Paypal requires shipment only to confirmed addresses in order to meet their protection policy.
Non-payment: Payment must be received within 3 days of purchase. Ebay's User Agreement states that the high bidder is expected to honor their bid and is obligated to complete the transaction. I fully comply with these policies and ask the buyer to do the same. Prompt payment results in quick shipment so that the buyer can receive the item faster and I can keep my prices low which benefits both buyer and seller.
I ship the same day as payment made. If payment is made too late in the day, the item will be shipped the following day.
Domestic Shipping: When offered, shipping is free within the United States when purchase is made using Buy-it-now. When "Best Offer" is used, standard shipping rates apply. USPS Priority Mail or Fedex is used, whichever is more beneficial for the buyer. Overnight shipping is available upon request. All items are shipped insured.
International Shipping: All International shipments are required to be insured. Contact me to get correct International shipping rates. Customers are charged the actual shipping rates. Duties and taxes may be levied by the country of destination. The customs papers cannot be altered, so do not ask.
Attention International Customers: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer?s responsibility. These charges are normally collected by the delivering shipping company (Postal Office or FEDEX) or when you pick the item up, do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. Please check with your country?s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as ?gifts? - US and International government regulations do not allow such behavior.
