The FRM220-1000MS-SM10 is a Gigabit Ethernet to single-mode 1310nm 1000Base-LX with LC connector fiber media converter.
Unit has an SFP(Small Form Pluggable) slot occupied by an SM 1310nm singlemode 20Km module, Ethernet 1000Base-LX compatible. The Copper interface is an auto negotiating 10/100/1000 BaseT RJ45 interface with auto MDI/MDI-X detection.
FRM220-1000MS-SM10 is
the new Gigabit series media converter supporting web based management
and also NMS functions for Link-Loss-Forwarding and Loop-Back-Test.
Unit has its own IP address allowing direct web management on unit, even on the standalone format (no bigger chassis required).
FRM220-1000MS-SM10 can allow diagnostics on the SFP module and several features including bandwidth management.
The
FRM220 series media converters can be installed in the new FRM220 series
chassis and can be managed through an optional NMC card. Standalone
FRM220-1000MS-SM10 converter is powered by an external switching power
supply adapter, input 90-260AC, output 12V DC, 1A, included in the box.
Plug for AC line is US type, NEMA1-15(2 blades only). For professional
48V DC power requirements an FRM220 rack solution is available.
