All items are sent with a certificate of posting, this is not an insured service, should you require insured service there would be an extra cost involved.

Although I have had very little need to execute these terms this is a legal requirement to enter these details, so here goes.

All refunds/exchanges must be arranged by prior agreement. Misleading Listings Items may be returned for a refund if they are not as described. The item must be returned in the same condition it was received in order to qualify for a full refund. . Faulty/Lost Items may be returned if they are faulty. The item must be returned in the same condition it was received to determine the fault details. Items are wrapped and packaged with care. I will refund/exchange items in goodwill If the item is as described or not faulty then the cost of return postage must be met by the buyer.
