DVC FUN:
The DVC4 Series can be used with any DMX512 compatible lighting fixture.
Lights are linked to your PC or Mac by connecting an XLR cable to one of
Daslight’s DVC4 USB or Ethernet DMX interfaces. DVC4 interfaces can be combined
to give access to additional DMX universes. The Daslight software is free to
download, but requires a Daslight USB or Ethernet interface to be connected to
convert the control data from the software to DMX which the lights can
understand. Each DVC interface also includes Stand-Alone memory, allowing for
your show to be copied to the device and run without a computer- this makes it a
great choice for a live backup or a smaller show.

Sales Tax
For shipments to Texas addresses, we are required by State law to collect 8.250% Sales Tax.

Actual Shipping Cost: SIRS Electronics only charge for the actual cost for shipping the item. We only use fast shipping services for customer satisfaction. Domestic - USPS First Class, Fedex Ground, Fedex Express Saver, Fedex 2nd Day, Fedex Standard Overnight. International - USPS Priority Express and UPS World Wide (We use equivalent service Fedex Economy International).
Handling Fee: Actual packaging materials costs are charged. A handling fee in addition to actual shipping cost is include but not excessive.
Insurance: SIRS Electronics only charge the actual fee for insurance which is optional. We use a licensed 3rd party insurance company.
International Import Duties, Taxes and Charges:

Import duties, taxes and charges are
not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
Tax:
Only actual applicable Texas state taxes are charge.

Return Policy
"SATISFACTION GUARANTEED" - If you are not satisfied with the product within 30 days of delivery, you may return it for a full refund (excludes shipping)
- We also accept exchanges/replacements for different or similar items
- All returned items must be in new condition, in original packaging, and include all accessories (if any)
- A 20% restocking fee will apply if the product is missing accessories
- We do not accept returns after 30 days from delivery date
- Damaged returns will not be accepted
- Refunds will be processed within 3 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product in a satisfactory condition.
Warranty Policy
- 30 Day Warranty provided by SIRS-E on all products

- All shipping charges must be pre-paid. If the requested repair or replacement is within the terms of this warranty, SIRS Electronics, Inc. will pay return shipping charges.
