Terms of Sale & Returns and Exchange Policy

• We offer a 30-day return to base warranty. This warranty covers hardware malfunctions only. Any item found to be faulty must be returned to us postage paid by buyer within 14 days of receipt of goods. The item will be replaced and only refunded if we are unable to find a replacement item.

• Faulty Goods - If item is found to be damaged or faulty when received, it must be returned to us postage paid by buyer within 14 days of receipt. The item will be replaced and only refunded if we are unable to find a replacement item.

• Non Faulty Goods - We accept the return of goods that were wrongly ordered or if the buyer changed their mind. However, item must be returned to us postage paid by buyer in original packing and in the same condition within 14 days of receipt.
