The SFP-1010-WA is a 10G BiDirectional Ethernet SFP+ (Small Form Pluggable) optical transceiver.

 

The SFP module operates on a single strand of single-mode fiber(9/125um) up to 10Km range. SFP-1010-WA can be used in any modern Ethernet switch equipped with 10G SFP+ slots. The module has been tested and found compatible with Cisco, Juniper, Arista, ZyXEL, Netgear, Edge-Core, SMC, D-Link and many other vendors fiber switches.

Please note that the BiDirectional transceivers MUST be paired to operate properly. Always use an A and a B type module for a fiber connection over a single strand of fiber. The wavelengths used will match in pairs. A type modules are using Tx:1270/Rx:1330nm while B type modules are using Tx:1330/Rx:1270nm.

All SFP+ transceivers support Digital Diagnostics features.
