Welcome to Antiques & Moore!  This listing is for a lovely pair of vintage Sterling Silver 3 1/2" candlesticks with weighted bases made by the Towle Silver Company. The candlesticks have a simple elegant design with applied "twist" or "rope" design around each base.  Measure 3 1/2" high with a top opening of 3/4" in diameter and the bases are 3 1/2" in diameter. Combined weight is 610 grams.  Marked on the base with the Towle trademark stamp and "Towle Sterling, Filled Reinforced, 130". 
This nice pair of candlesticks are in excellent Estate condition with no noted flaws.
