This filter glass is clean with tiny scratches on lens coating. Filter has some scratches on the lens coating. But it still can be use in AS IS condition. Scratches should not affect image quality.  Appearance rated is 3 out of 5.  The box, frame or adapter ring may have some cosmetic wear from normal use, but is fully operational and functions as intended.  

It will be shipped without any accessories just as pictured. No other accessories will be included in this listing.
